Xinshuo Michael Wang, Esq.

Mr. Xinshuo Michael Wang is the managing attorney at NEW UNION LAW. He graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law and is qualified to practice in federal and New York state courts. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), he has over 10 years of extensive experience in the field of immigration law, specializing in handling complex EB-5 investment immigration, employment-based immigration, and various U.S. work visas, including but not limited to EB-5, EB-1, NIW, L-1, H-1B, E-2, PERM, EB2, EB3, and family-based immigration. He has successfully assisted thousands of entrepreneurs, executives of multinational corporations, outstanding talents, and technical professionals in obtaining U.S. visas and green cards.

Additionally, Attorney Wang is qualified to practice U.S. trademark and copyright law since December 2019. Attorney Wang possesses extensive practical experience in U.S. trademark applications and TTAB opposistion, and has successfully registered many trademarks for individual and corporate clients worldwide, aiding numerous cross-border e-commerce clients in their expansion into the U.S. market.

Furthermore, Attorney Wang is also licensed as a realtor in California. He has assisted many new immigrants in settling and investing in real estate in California after obtaining their green cards. With his unique insights and accurate judgment in real estate transactions and investments, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area, he provides valuable guidance and support to his clients.
